These terms and conditions of sale constitute the general terms and conditions for the sale of onsite and online and admission tickets of Qasr Al Hosn. They apply without amendment or restriction to allproducts and services made available from time to time by Qasr Al Hosn. Qasr Al Hosnreserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to vary, amend or modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time and without notice. The products and services offered for sale on the Qasr Al Hosnwebsite and onsiteare only to private individuals and natural persons, for their own personal use and consumption. As a private individual, the buyer represents and warrants that he or she is not a professional or commercial buyer and is not attempting to acquire or use in any way the products and services offered for sale by Qasr Al Hosn for professional or commercial use or for profit. All prices are subject to change in the absolute discretion of Qasr Al Hosn without notice. If the prices are changed, the prices applicable at the time of purchase of the admission tickets, products and services will apply.
The only currency accepted onsite for cash payment in Qasr Al Hosn is the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Payment onsite is also accepted by credit card and debit card.he online purchase of admission tickets, products and/ or services, must be made by credit card. Purchases will be charged in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Taxes and VAT will be applicable based on Abu Dhabi laws.
The buyer's bank account will be debited by Qasr Al Hosn via its secure payment site for the total amount of the admission tickets, products and/or services purchased by the buyer [and only when the buyer has registered in accordance with the online procedure on the Qasr Al Hosn website].
Admission Tickets CheckAll tickets are systematically checked in Qasr Al Hosn by optical identification of the bar code printed on the ticket. Only tickets with a bar code and perfectly legible text will be accepted. Any partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets cannot be accepted. For virtual tickets downloaded onto the smartphone application, any smartphone screen support that is cracked/ damaged or has lighting problems will be rejected at the time of the admission check.
Qasr Al Hosn reserves the right to refuse any access if presented with an admission ticket that does not comply with the conditions listed above.
Ticket Usage and Attendance at Qasr Al HosnTickets are only valid for the reserved date and/or time.
Ticket must be retained for the entire duration of the visit.
Tickets can be checked at any time during the visit.
Any soiled or damaged tickets cannot be accepted.
Tickets are non-transferable.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check whether there are any restrictions placed on entry in Qasr Al Hosn, such as age restrictions or dress code restrictions, before purchasing a ticket from the website. Qasr Al Hosn reserves the right to refuse entry to any buyer that fails to meet the dress code or meet age restrictions or otherwise displays any dangerous, disruptive, unruly or unlawful behaviour without any liability on Qasr Al Hosn or obligation to refund the Ticket.
All tickets are issued subject to the onsite rules and regulations as may be put in place by Qasr Al Hosn and updated by Qasr Al Hosn from time to time. It is the responsibility of the visitor to abide by any such rules and regulations and to familiarize themselves with theserules and regulations before purchasing a ticket.
In any event, Qasr Al Hosn reserves the right to deny entry and reserves the right to conduct security searches at any time to ensure safety and security onsite.
Qasr Al Hosnmay restrict items that are brought onsite, including without limitation food, beverages, cameras, video and audio recording equipment, seating, selfie sticks, and items considered unlawful, hazardous, dangerous or potential weapons. Qasr Al Hosn will not be held liable and will not refund the ticket purchase if entry to Qasr Al Hosn is denied due to a buyer bringing, or attempting to bring, a restricted item onsite. Qasr Al Hosn accepts no responsibility or liability for items confiscated by the Qasr Al Hosn security or management.
Qasr Al Hosn and its management accept no responsibility or liability for items lost or stolen, or injury suffered at Qasr Al Hosn.
Many events taking place at Qasr Al Hosn will have a "last admission" time, meaning the latest time a ticket purchaser can enter the event. The last admission time is generally earlier than the end time of the event. If a buyer is refused entry for an event because they arrive at the event after the last admission time Qasr Al Hosn will not issue a refund.
By purchasing a ticket through Qasr Al Hosn you hereby agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by Qasr Al Hosnonsite management, or any third party operating on behalf of Qasr Al Hosn at any event taking place at Qasr Al Hosn or at the immediate surroundings of the entrance to the venue. By purchasing a Ticket through Qasr Al Hosn you hereby waive all rights in any photographs, video or audio recordings of you at any event taking place at Qasr Al Hosnor the immediate surroundings of the entrance to the venue (the "Recorded Material") made by Qasr Al Hosnonsite management, or any third party operating on behalf of Qasr Al Hosn. You hereby agree thatQasr Al Hosn, or any third party operating on behalf of Qasr Al Hosnmay use the Recorded Material in any way they deem fit, without restriction, approval from, or compensation to you.
Methods of delivery of TicketsAdmission tickets purchased on the Qasr Al Hosn website will be delivered as PDF files by email to the email address supplied by the visitor.
Delivery time for the confirmation email with the electronic ticket attached is generally between 10 to 30 minutes after the online order has been completed. At particularly busy times, such as the first day of sales for a very popular event, delivery of confirmation emails may take up to 24 hours to be processed and delivered. If a buyer has not received the confirmation email with a PDF of the ticket attached within 24 hours, they should contact Qasr Al Hosn Customer Services regarding the order. If the buyer is purchasing a ticket for an event taking place on the same day, they should contact Qasr Al Hosn Customer Services if they have not received the confirmation email within one hour of the order being completed. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up on any non-receipt of the confirmation email and e-ticket.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to (i) provide Qasr Al Hosn with a working, correct email address for ticket delivery, and (ii) to check their inbox and spam/junk folder for the email containing the PDF of the ticket. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate email address to which emails can be delivered without issues. Qasr Al Hosnwill not be held responsible for non-delivery of electronic tickets in cases where an inaccurate or non-deliverable email address has been provided.
If the buyer purchasers a ticket onsite, the buyer will be issued with a printed ticket at the time of making the payment.
Cancellation and Reimbursement RequestsAdmission tickets and associated product(s) and/or service(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and will not be reimbursed (including, without limitation, if lost or stolen).
No refund will be made after the payment for the purchase of the admission tickets, products and/or services is received by Qasr Al Hosn.
The liability of Qasr Al Hosn to the buyer in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the purchase of admission tickets is limited in all cases to an amount equal to the aggregate cost of the admission tickets, products and/or services purchased by the buyer.

The personal information provided enables Qasr Al Hosn to personalize the electronic ticket with the purchaser's name, making it a more secure form of entry. Additional information collected may be needed to identify buyers in the case of disputed entry (e.g. where a duplicate ticket has been used) or in the casewe need to contact visitors to advise them of any changes to a programmed event.
Some of the personal information collected is required to pass the security checks made by the credit card processing companies or banks when an online transaction is made.
Some limited additional information which we collect helps us to analyse which events appeal to which visitors groups, enabling us to target our messaging regarding events more efficiently, and to market future events to visitors.
